This razor from Dovo is a 5/8 inch blade made from carbon steele with a shaft made from olivewood. After every shave, the blade should be stropped with a strop.

Do you get the feeling that the blade is dull when you get it? Try the following things:
- Strop the blade before shaving
- Change technique. There is a big risk that you are shaving with the wrong angle.
- Only in very, very rare cases does the blade need honing when it is new.
