Can I return a gift that didn't fit or wasn't right?

Yes, as long as the item is unused and the packaging is unopened. The right to return applies for 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Unfortunately, we can't accept hygiene products with a broken seal.
We need to be able to link the return to the purchase, so an order number or receipt is required. If you don't have one, ask whoever bought the gift to get in touch with us. Refunds always go back to the original buyer's payment method.
