One of Byredo's darkest smoky scents, which brings to mind India's world of spices and to the color worn by Hindu monks to symbolize the ascetic in their way of life with abandon from materialism and personal enjoyment. Here the ambition has been to unite everything that is synonymous with the Indian Hindu culture in fragrance, association and color.
Th saffron note is to be found in the top with dry hints of juniper and a fresh hint of pomelo.
The heart notes are occupied by rich chords of leather and violin on a base of light wood, raspberry and spicy dry vetiver.

Super good scent but unfortunately doesn't last very long. I've had to spray at least five sprays and still think it's super weak after just two hours.
good scent, great if you don't like too much leather. Mainly fruity, especially raspberry. Lasts at least 6 hours.

Very different! Initially, I thought it might resemble Benjamin Barber's Saffron & Leather scent, but it does not. It smells really good but very different. It took me a while to get used to it, but now I love it.
