Dried fruit
Dried fruit is fruit that has been dried, either naturally or by machine. Raisins, prunes and dates are examples of popular dried fruits. Cranberries, figs, apricots and assorted tropical fruits are also good to dry.
Dried fruit is used as a snack as well as in baking and cooking. In perfumes dried fruit provides a rich, sweet and warm tone.
