D.S & DURGA Cowboy Grass

Cowboy Grass by D.S. & Durga is a perfume reminiscent of the American West and the vast prairie - dirty, weathered and leathery. Not the warm aristocratic leather of the parlour sofas, but rather the saddles, worn and tattered from years of use. Perhaps there's even a nod to the ashy oil scent of an antique Colt 45 revolver strapped into its holder.  

Clary sage is at the heart of Cowboy Grass, an herb once used to treat a number of ailments. It is pungent, white-green in colour, fresh yet powerful. In Cowboy Grass, the green grass notes expand upwards towards the top of the fragrance, meeting the red woody freshness of bergamot and rosewood. The grassy notes are modified in the base where we also find vetiver and ambergris.
