Fragrance Du Bois series Shades Du Bois has colors and their spiritual meaning as theme, and in this perfume line we find Oud Vert Intense, created by Oliver Pescheux. The fragrance is an aromatic fresh citrus composition with green tones from spices, vetiver and geranium.
The scent opens with fresh bergamot as well as exotic ginger and cardamom, the heart notes take on with spicy coriander seeds, nutmeg and geranium over a woody bottom made up of vetiver and cedar in association with musky and subtle smokiness from 100% pure oud which with its depth extends the experience.

Definitely green and pleasant. It's noticeable that it's high quality, but something is missing. I feel that there was room to go further with this one. Compared to oud bleu intense, it feels a bit unfinished. Or just subdued. Good but not fantastic. It lasts a very long time, though.

This one was special - the best aromatic citrus bergamot scent that exists, in my opinion. I also own Nio, which is top-notch, but Oud Vert Intense is more complex and deep due to the organic vintage oud base.
