A soft breeze caresses the reflections of a palace in the Venetian lagoon, while notes of lavender, musk and vetiver lead towards an idyllic state of bliss. The fragrance emits fresh and aromatic notes and is designed to complement the Il Letterato candleholder in its Saffron variant. Il Letterato, or ‘The Scholar’, symbolises wisdom and is an observer of the design of life, an insightful observer and skilled storyteller of human intrigue and intricacies.

The LCDC collection is a tribute to Caterina de' Medici and her court, reinterpreted in a contemporary way by artistic creator Luca Nichetto. The sculptural faces of eclectic characters in the collection are accompanied by five unique fragrances: Purple Hill, with floral notes; Orange Renaissance, with woody and citrusy notes; Black Stone, carrying oriental atmospheres; Amber Lagoon, fresh and aromatic; and Musk Road, with powdery and musky notes.
