Directions for use are included.
NOTE: Keep in mind that 5 minutes is the maximum time the color should be left in. If it is the first time you use Just For Men, we recommend starting with 3-4 minutes to avoid too dark result.

Worked well, but don't leave it on for too long. I had it on for three minutes after application and it turned out as someone else described, "Ali Baba". I've had it for just over a week now and the color is still the same.
