For those who are familiar with the animalic, slightly salty note of ambergris (the so-called "whale vomit"), Ambre Suprême from Les Indomédables may come as a surprise, with its spicy and floral, sophisticated impressions in the drydown. Because here, the precious raw material - a ten per cent dose of ambergris extract has been used - is given a whole new dimension.

The top notes consist of aldehydes, sage, cardamom, pink peppercorn and cinnamon, while the heart contains neroli, Moroccan jasmine and patchouli. In the base, we find immortelle and animalic notes of ambergris and castoreum.
