Mango

Mango is a sweet fruit that is very popular in drinks, desserts and cooking, for example in chutneys. Mango is Pakistan's and India's national fruit. About half of the mango sold is grown in India. China is also a major exporter. In Europe, the mango is grown only in Spain.

Mango is rich in carotene that is good for the eyesight, skin and bones. Mango also contains enzymes that are good for digestion.

Mango has a sweet and fruity scent.
