Rain does not mean that a perfume contains rainwater, what the perfumer wants to create is a note that simulates the feeling of rain in a season or a rain on a particular surface.

The note in the perfume will vary depending on the scent and feel perfumer wants to convey, as notes of a summer - or spring rain can be found in different perfumers.
