Rooibos

Rooibos is a shrub that only grows in Cederberg, an area in the western parts of South Africa. The name rooibus means red bush in Afrikaans and is sometimes called red tea when used as a caffeine-free alternative to regular black tea. Rooibos has long been used as a medicinal plant and contains many beneficial antioxidants. 

The scent is described as sweet and fruity with aromas of raisins, nuts and vanilla.
