Fantôme de Maules is a woody, spicy fragrance composed by Tomas Hempel, inspired by an enigmatic being, often seen wandering the local forests, dressed in nothing but black camouflage and a worn mask.

Unaware of passersby, he spends his time picking and smelling flowers. At the slightest sound, he disappears back into the darkness. The locals call him Le Loyon, but the character refers to himself as Fantôme de Maules. Who is he? A nature spirit? A phantom?
