STABLE TEMPERATURE
Many people store their perfumes in the bathroom, which is not at all good for the durability of the perfume. Perfumes are sensitive to moisture and temperature differences, so storing them in a room where you often take hot showers will cause the scent to disappear over time. For example, it is better to put the perfumes in your bedroom where the temperature differences are not as drastic. MOISTURISE THE SKIN
Do you find that your perfume doesn't last throughout the day? This could be because you have dry skin, which makes it more difficult for the perfume to adhere. Therefore, an effective way is to first moisturise your skin with a body lotion in the same or neutral scent - this makes the perfume stick more easily. Of course, this is something even those without dry skin can do to make the perfume smell longer.
AVOID RUBBING
Do you apply your perfume to your wrists and then rub them together? If so, we want to tell you that this is something to be avoided. The fragrance does not last as long if you rub after spraying because the fragrance composition is destroyed by the friction.
APPLY THE RIGHT WAY
To maximise the effect of your perfume, spray it on pulsating areas, i.e. wrists, neck and arm pits. The radiation of body heat from the pulse points intensifies the scent, making it easier for your perfume to fulfil its full potential. Also, keep in mind that very often only one spray is enough.
