Thameen Amber Room Extrait de Parfum

Amber Room from the Thameen "Treasure" collection is inspired by the story of the Amber Room; a mythical chamber - and the eighth wonder of the world - originally built in Catherine the Great's winter palace near St Petersburg. Made from six tons of amber and decorated with pearls and precious stones, the mirrored, gilded and amber walls reflected living light like fire. This warm, golden feeling has been recreated in the Amber Room perfume, with the rich ingredient amber as the main note. At the top, we find rough citrus and spices in the form of bergamot, grapefruit, ginger, cardamom and rose. The heart consists of rose, patchouli and exotic cinnamon on top of a base of amber, olibanum, sandalwood, vetiver and tonka bean.
