Angelica

Angelica is a flower and the plant can be eaten and used as a substitute instead of celery. The plant is used by the Sami people to do the Sami flute Fadno.

The essential oils obtained by distilling the root and the smell becomes green, peppery, dry and resembles celery, juniper and black pepper.
