Clary Sage

Clary Sage is the relative of the herb Sage but has a different look and use. Clary Sage has long been used in perfumes but also as a medicinal plant as it is said to reduce the state of fear, anxiety or insomnia.

The flower is distilled for essential oils and the scent is very sweet with notes of hay, wood and bergamot. Although animal notes of amber and musk can be found.
