Lovely scent, lasts long. Expensive, but you don't need much spray at a time. I think it smells sophisticated, yet somewhat raw and sporty in a way.
To celebrate Gent's 20th anniversary, in collaboration with Japanese niche brand Di Ser, we have created and launched the perfume Kamikura, a celebration of spiritual and bodily purification, Nordic tradition and male beauty rituals.
In Japanese culture, "Kamikura" is a sacred place considered to be the home of gods and spiritual beings. In these sacred places, people perform purification rituals, dance and sing, and make offerings to Kami, the higher state of man after death. The perfume was created with the intention of bringing hope for happiness, success and peace, and by spraying the perfume, the place you are in is transformed into a sacred Kamikura. It is therefore a scent that is meditative, spiritual and soothing.
Cleanliness is also the main expression of the Kamikura perfume, as it opens fresh with lime and yuzu, and balsamic pine from the ezo and todo trees. These soon give way to lavender and vetiver, finally landing in soapy oakmoss and woody accords of cypress, patchouli and oud. It is a fragrance that in the opening reveals the typical Japanese roots of Di Ser but then develops into a classic woody perfume of European cut, as a nod to the Swedish nature and purity culture.
The perfume is made in a limited edition.

A breath of fresh air. I really like it.
Had high expectations for this perfume, but when I put it on, I was disappointed. I thought it smelled like bug spray.
Fresh, slightly "Swedish" scent!
lovely scent
Good intensity in the scent and it lasts well. However, it didn't really suit my taste; I thought there was too much pine and forest.
This is something special - it just gets better and better every time I smell it. Incredibly elegant, sophisticated, and beautiful! The opposite of sweet gourmand or oud scents. However, not everyone will understand it, but those who do will love it!
Without a doubt one of the best from Di Ser! Lime and two types of pine layered into a fantastically fine oud.
Definitely an acquired taste, but incredibly fresh and distinct with its pine-like citrus. Love it!
Smells like soapy coniferous forest. Don't like it. Also, I don't feel that it changes character significantly over its duration. Has pretty good performance, applied around 4 PM, slept with it, and could smell it all morning the next day. Won't be a purchase. Fun that Gents did a collaboration though, appreciated.
