This beautiful piece of craftsmanship is made out of beechwood and has an ox horn backing that has been polished to a soft shine. The bristles are made out of natural hog hairs. Natural bristles are much kinder to clothes and are therefore less likely to cause damage.

One tip is to soak it in lukewarm water (not hot) and add a spoonfull of bicarbonate. Leave it in the water for maximum half an hour and then wipe the horn gentle with a cloth.
