Di Ser Kagiroi, created by perfumes Yasuyuki Shinohara, represents the changes in the shade of the sky as the sun dawns over the mountains of Hokkaido in Japan.
The perfumes open with notes of Japanese herbs and citruses, moves to a slightly floral and spicy middle from Japanese pepper, coriander seed and ylang ylang, before it settles on a deep woody base from Hinoki cedar, cypriol and patchouli.

An all-wood quiet sauna space before it's been heated, with wild medicinal herb bunches hanging around. Like a lot of Di Ser scents, it stays in the bubble of personal space and feels more aromatherapy tincture than "perfume" - precisely what I appreciate them for!

A beautiful and ethereal take on hinoki wood. However, I found it lacking a bit of depth compared to the perfume version. I recommend the perfume over the EDP.
Starts with bright Citrus notes and dries down to a woody and spicy Patchouli/Hinoki scent.
