Yuzu

Yuzu is an East Asian citrus fruit reminiscent of grapefruit. The fruit is common in East Asian cuisine, in Japan Yuzu fruit is also popular to put in whole when you bathe as the fruit is said to protect the body against cold.

Fragrance oils are extracted from the peel by cold pressing and the Yuzu gives a bitter, dry aroma reminiscent of grapefruit.
