Between Paris and Grasse, founder and perfumer Aurélien Guichard crafts contemporary, direct, and instantly understandable fragrances. By revealing the unique texture and most beautiful facets of each central raw material, every scent becomes a modern olfactive signature.

At MATIERE PREMIERE, quality and integrity are at the heart of everything. The finest ingredients are sourced from around the world, with a strong preference for ethical and organic production. Each fragrance contains between 85% and 92% natural ingredients. They are vegan, phthalate-free, and contain no added colorants.
